Finally, the sun is shining (weather is sweet)! As these wonderful warmer months are upon us, we all want to be outside as much as possible – hiking, gardening, basking in the glorious sunshine. With the warmer weather ticks, mosquitos, etc. are out to play in full force. Protect yourself and your loved ones without turning to heavy chemicals that are bad for your body and the planet. Join Superfresh! chef owner + author Jessica Jean Weston for an evening workshop where we’ll make our own natural bug spray with essential oils and organic ingredients.
