Jessica has been featured in Forbes, AAA, and SOVT Arts & Living magazines. Her Superfresh! Organic Café has been awarded best vegan restaurant in Brattleboro, best vegan restaurant in Vermont in Yankee Magazine, and more.
Jessica speaks and teaches all over New England and beyond at vegan food festivals, food coops and wellness centers, leading retreats, and on her popular Youtube channel.
With a BA in Medical Anthropology from Ithaca College, Jessica has spent her career exploring the broad subject of food as medicine with Mayan healers in Belize, on organic farms, and with herbalists, shamanic practitioners, and more from the Finger Lakes to Vermont to Mexico to Italy.
Jessica’s passion for living a vibrant life through wellness and the plant world has led her to create, serve, and teach delicious plant-based cuisine, tend her permaculture inspired edible medicine home garden, forage for wild foods in her daily life and travels, as well as utilize and share the potent power of essential oils for emotional, physical, and spiritual support as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate.
Jessica is currently studying with the Myrtle Grove Mystery School in their Priestess of Sacred Sound Healing Training and adding in this powerful tool of sound healing to her holistic repertoire, assisting with unlocking and remembering the innate healing power we all have within us for great transformation.
Jessica’s personal journey to health navigating a series of food intolerances, as well as what made her feel most vibrant, led her to a non-GMO plant-based diet free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and meat. Recognizing that everyone has their own path to explore with different physical, emotional and environmental needs, her goal is to simply share her experiences and knowledge through creating delicious, approachable cuisine, with understanding that no one being is alike (even the same on a different day with different circumstances).

Located only 1 ½ hours from Albany, NY, 3 hours from Boston, MA, and less than 4 hours from New York City, travel to New Spring Farm is easy to arrange from Boston, New York, or any other major New England airport.
There are several beautiful AirBnBs, inns, and hotels in the area. We recommend looking in Peru and Londonderry. Manchester and Jamaica are also beautiful, but a little bit further from New Spring Farm (~20 – 30 minutes).
A few recommendations are…
- Stay on the land at the house at New Spring Farm (we may be able to arrange a 1-night minimum instead of their usual 2-night minimum as guests of the retreat).
- 6 guests
- · 3 bedrooms
- · 4 beds
- · 2 baths
- Lodge at Bromley – only 5 minutes away. Discounts may be available if booking multiple rooms (let us know if you are interested in this).
- The Pinnacle is another option, a little further up the road from the Lodge at Bromley.
If you’re visiting for the weekend, we can recommend our favorite restaurants, things to do, hiking spots, etc. Spring in Vermont is truly magical!!

DISCLAIMERS & IMPORTANT NOTES:
Masks are optional, you are more than welcome to wear one. If you have any cold or flu symptoms we ask you to provide a negative test and wear a mask.
The work we do together is for entertainment purposes only and should never override the guidance or direction of a medical professional. Results experienced are determined by the amount of time and intention that is dedicated by you to your journey. Results are not guaranteed.
A cleanse may not be the best for everyone. Pregnant women, people who are underweight or diabetic, or those with heart disease, high blood pressure or other chronic ailments, should check with their doctors before attempting a cleanse of any duration. We encourage participants to use the entire day as a cleanse and allow for the body’s energy to be used to heal and integrate the powerful meditation work, but you may bring food or snacks. This is not your typical cleanse, as we will NOT be fasting! We will be filling our bodies with PLENTY of healing nourishing whole foods, beverages, and have plenty of snacks and beverages available.
