Yin Yoga for Beginners

Join Christina E. McCarthy for a gentle sequence to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen your spirit, mind & body. Each class will end with a 10 minute guided meditation, making our way inward for Autumn 🍂
Yin Yoga poses are practiced on the floor and held anywhere from 3 – 5 minutes, offering an invitation to relax deeply within the web of our bodies, where we can find more space. Wearing comfortable clothing to support this evening repose, we use postures that stretch our connective tissues, supporting us in reaching beyond our physical and mental muscling, preparing us for meditation.
No yoga experience required, this is for every body.
