Bugs Away! Make your own Natural Insect Repellent

Finally, the sun is shining (weather is sweet)! As these wonderful warmer months are upon us, we all want to be outside as much as possible – hiking, gardening, basking in the glorious sunshine. With the warmer weather ticks, mosquitos, etc. are out to play in full force. Protect yourself and your loved ones without turning to heavy chemicals that are bad for your body and the planet.
Join Jessica Jean Weston for an evening workshop where you’ll make your own natural bug spray with essential oils and organic ingredients and learn about foundational wellness for full body support as our first line of defense.
Each participant will leave with a bottle of bug spray.

Jessica Jean Weston is chef owner of Superfresh! Organic Café in Brattleboro, VT, author of Healing Tonics, Juices, and Smoothies: 100+ Elixirs to Nurture Body and Soul, a certified holistic health coach, retreat leader, and doTERRA Wellness Advocate. Weston was named one of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s 30 Under 30 Health and Wellness Leaders of 2017. With a BA in Medical Anthropology from Ithaca College and as a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Jessica has spent her career exploring the broad subject of food as medicine with Mayan healers in Belize, on organic farms, and with herbalists, shamanic practitioners, and more.
