As the autumn season calls us to stillness and reverence, let us pause, relax, reset our nervous systems after the busy summer months, reflect on the past, feel into the present moment, and plant dream seeds for the future.

This peaceful, contemplative space will be sonically supported with tone-matched instruments including planetary gongs, hand pans, crystal bowls, flutes, and chimes while large bronze singing bowls may be rung and sung on the front and then back of the body if you choose.

This session is designed to move and clear energetic and muscle tension, guiding you to healing within and bringing you and your nervous system into deep restorative relaxation.
