Mindful Movers Kids Yoga

Unplug, move, and connect! This class is designed specifically for the physical and emotional wellbeing of students navigating their new worlds.  We combine a “cool” atmosphere—complete with great music—with engaging yoga sequences that build strength, enhance flexibility, and develop focus.  Each week features a new theme to help participants navigate social pressures and build self-confidence. This class is non-competitive and fun, focusing on teamwork, partner poses, and learning how to feel comfortable in your own skin.

Mondays 3:30 – 4:30pm starting May 4th, 2026

Ages 8-12+

$100 for 6-week series, $20 drop-ins

Meet Marion Horan:

Marion’s love for yoga began when she attended a yoga retreat in 2017.  The practice and time away ignited a deep yearning for self that has blossomed over the years into a passion for helping others find their own internal connection.  Using Yoga as a vessel for spiritual practice, her journey has included various forms; Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram and Kundalini.  Over her teaching years, Marion has honed her craft to include the most effective modalities that harness the power of the breath with intentional movements that unleash positive benefits for body, mind and spirit, leading others towards their own inner enlightenments.

In addition to yogic practices, Marion has an extensive wellness background as a nutritionist, certified nutrition coach, holistic health practitioner, meditation guide and breathwork facilitator.  Her expertise lies in teaching others to notice and conquer their inner chaos, to boldly step into the healthiest, most thriving version of themselves. True freedom lies in having awareness and becoming the observer of our own thoughts, ultimately gifting us with the power of choice to navigate each day with peace and conscious appreciation.
