DESCRIPTION:This one‑day ceremony is designed for those who feel called to explore the deeper layers of their psyche\, release stored tension\, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.\nThrough the powerful modality of Holotropic breathwork\, participants are invited into a safe\, intentional space where expanded states of awareness can emerge naturally through breath\, music\, and focused inner attention. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExtended Breathwork Practice \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis day long immersion is centered by a 3-hour guided breathwork session\, using continuous unstructured breathing to access deeper states of consciousness\, surface what needs to rise up\, and work with whatever emerges—physically\, emotionally\, spiritually. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStructured Integration \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBreathwork is only half the work.
