Beginners Morning Meditation and Gentle Flow Yoga

Join Linda Metcalf for a morning of Meditation and Yoga. This class will incorporate awareness of breath and Gentle Flow Yoga to prepare the mind for meditation. Each week will focus on a theme for meditation, which will help you develop from beginner to a seasoned meditator. This is an excellent way to start your day on a good foundation!

About Linda: Linda Metcalfe, founder of Passages2Wellness, LLC, is a retired educator with over 30 years of experience. Linda is a Certified Mindful Schools Program Graduate and 200 Level Certified Yoga Teacher. She has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and teaching Yoga for 10 years. Linda believes that Yoga and Meditation are key elements of a holistic wellness lifestyle that can cultivate a deeper peace of mind. She believes that we need to rewire and change our thinking patterns of negative self-talk, which tends to block our happiness and success. Linda’s goal is to help guide and mentor her students, enabling them to find their passage to wholeness in mind & body. Through the practice of Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness she believes this can be achieved. When Linda is not practicing Yoga she enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking, and skiing.
