SUMMARY:Holotropic Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:This one‑day ceremony is designed for those who feel called to explore the deeper layers of their psyche\, release stored tension\, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.\nThrough the powerful modality of Holotropic breathwork\, participants are invited into a safe\, intentional space where expanded states of awareness can emerge naturally through breath\, music\, and focused inner attention. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExtended Breathwork Practice \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis day long immersion is centered by a 3-hour guided breathwork session\, using continuous unstructured breathing to access deeper states of consciousness\, surface what needs to rise up\, and work with whatever emerges—physically\, emotionally\, spiritually. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStructured Integration \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBreathwork is only half the work. The session includes dedicated time for orientation\, safety\, confidentiality\, historical overview\, expectations\, and group integration so you can make sense of what came up and carry it forward. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProfessional Facilitation \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLed by experienced facilitator Christopher Robbins\, trained in the Grof methodology of holotropic breathwork\, he will hold the container\, manage the music\, support your process\, and guide integration afterward. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSmall Group Container \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLimited to 10 participants. The intimacy of a small group matters. You’ll be doing deep work alongside others committed to the same process. All materials provided—mats\, blankets\, props\, and a light lunch. \n\nWhat is Holotropic Breathwork?\nHolotropic breathwork is a transformative practice developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof. It uses accelerated breathing\, evocative music\, and a safe\, held environment to help participants access deeper layers of consciousness and emotion. Rather than directing the experience\, the method trusts the body’s innate intelligence. Participants often encounter insights\, memories\, emotions\, imagery\, or somatic releases that support healing and self‑understanding. \n\nCost: $175.00\nA full-day holotropic breathwork ceremony facilitated in a small group setting.  This is intensive inner work. Extended breathwork sessions designed to access non-ordinary states of consciousness\, supported by live music\, professional facilitation\, and structured integration. You’ll be in a contained space with ~10 others doing deep work. Expect the unexpected. Bring readiness. \n\n\nFor More Information or to Register Click Here. \n\nOr email Christoper Robbins at: chris@souldegree.com.

The other path\, a zig-zagging line\, represents a path of technological advancement and disregard for ecological principles\, leading to chaos and destruction and an indeterminate future. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOverview\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \nIn this retreat\, we are invited to let go of our everyday mind and enter a Shamanic State of Consciousness\, where anything is possible! Magic is present as the trees and plants and stones and animals speak to us if we become quiet enough to listen. SUMMARY:Why Are We Here Now?
DESCRIPTION:How the Guide’s Wisdom Helps Us to Find Our Purpose in Turbulent Times.\nDuring the last several years we have been going through turbulence from   climate emergency to the consequences of elections all over the world\, to name just a few. Old structures are disintegrating and new ones have not developed yet\, leaving us in uncertainty and confusion. \nAre we all going to hell in a hand basket or is this a time of possibility and awakening?  What is our purpose in these turbulent times?  How can we show up and meet the present moment without overwhelm and despair\, without denial or numbness that makes us bury our heads in the sand? \nThe Guide tells us that we chose to be here at this point in time and he gives us tools to tune into our purpose\, our life task. When we look at our life creation\, at our “Beautiful Problems” where we tend to blame others for our experience and our reactions\, where we say “no” to life\, we get a sense of what needs to be purified so that fragmented consciousness can be unified and stuck emotional energy can flow back into life. Then our inner knowing\, our intuition will tell us how to show up in response to what is happening in the world. \nThe Guide gave us a beautiful and powerful process to work with and integrate all levels of consciousness: the Three Voice Meditation. In this workshop we will harness the transformative power of the group when we enact the Three Voices and create a living experience of healing and change. \nBased on her training in Psychodrama and her experience with Family Constellation\, Ingrid uses action methods including the whole group to build a sacred container for our individual and collective healing work. \nRecommended Pathwork lectures: # 182\, # 216\, # 243 \n3-Day – in person -Workshop Description\n\nFACILITATOR: Ingrid Schirrholz\, senior  Pathwork helper. \nEVENT: 3-day in-person catered workshop – Lodging is on your own (links to suggested locations provided) – 3 camping spots are available on the premises .(https://newspringfarmvt.com/the-sanctuary/) \n*Scroll down for a list of suggested Accommodations near Peru\, VT \nWHEN: Friday\, 9/5  1pm – Sunday\, 9/7  4pm \nWHERE: Peru\, (next to Manchester)\, South Vermont \nCOST: $575 (early bird  cost: $525 when you register before July 31) \nOPEN TO ALL PATHWORKERS WORKING WITH A HELPER. \nRegistration opens on June 20 and closes on September 3rd. \n*Suggested Lodging within 20 minutes from Workshop: \nSun Lodge  (next to Bromley Ski area) – 7 minutes away. \nBromley View Inn – 12 minutes away:  \nThe Pinnacle Lodge – 8 minutes  away-   \nCoho Inn and Motor Lodge – Weston\, VT \nThe Manchester View Motel \,  Manchester VT – 15 min. away \n\n\n\n\n\nMeet Your Teacher\n\n\nFor the last 10 years Ingrid trained Helpers in California\, Michigan\, New York and Vermont.
